I bought this for my 4 yr old grandson and he loves it. There is no down time for charging or waiting for someone to change batteries. He can just wind and go. I have purchased him...view more a number of train engines and been disappointed every time by how quickly the charging port has been broken or how quickly the batteries are used up. This little engine seems to solve those issues. If any issue crops up to change this review I will re-post but so far so good. view less
