Will I get my order before 2021 Christmas?

Please note that we CANNOT be responsible for late deliveries due to factors beyond our control (e.g. delay from couriers) and will treat all returned items from late deliveries according to our return policy.

The dates outlined below TARGET delivery latest by Dec. 23 given no unexpected delay from the couriers. Orders placed after these deadlines will still be processed and shipped ASAP but may NOT be delivered before Christmas.

ALL ORDERS SHIPPING TO REMOTE REGIONS MUST BE PLACED LATEST BY NOV 30, 2021.

** Due to local natural disasters, all couriers have warned us that there can be potential delay with shipments going to British Columbia and Newfoundland.  Therefore, your shipment may not arrive before Christmas even though you have placed an order before the deadlines below.

The following table outlines the cut-off dates for ordering KidKraft products shipping from KidKraft's warehouse in Mississauga (EXCLUDES REMOTE REGIONS).  KidKraft products CANNOT be picked up from their warehouse.  Faster shipping services from FedEx is available at extra charge.  Please contact us for assistance.
